All companies are required to submit two corporate income tax forms to IRAS every year:
| Name of Taxation Form | Due Date |
| Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) | Within 3 months from the end of financial year, unless the company does not need to submit ECI |
| Form C-S (or) Form C | Every 30th November |
