Appeal against a rejected Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass application
You have 3 months to appeal an unsuccessful Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass application, but you should do so only if you can address the reasons for rejection.
Β
When to appeal
You should only submit an appeal for an unsuccessful Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass application if you can address the issues in your rejection advisory. There will be no change in the outcome unless there is new information in the appeal.
Otherwise, you may wish to apply for one of the other work passes (e.g., Employment Pass, Personalised Employment Pass, Entrepass, Tech.Pass) instead.
You need to submit your appeal within 3 months from the date of the rejection advisory. If you miss this time period, you will have to submit a new application.
Who can appeal
The candidate, an employment agency or an employer acting on behalf of the candidate can make an appeal.
