My SingPass does not work and I want to cancel my helper’s work permit.

Use the Form option only if you wish to cancel the work permit of a helper:

If you are the employer and you don’t have a SingPass or the SingPass is invalid.
On behalf of the employer who doesn’t have a SingPass.
If the employer has passed away.

Depending on the request, you will need to upload a clear copy of:

(Employer has passed away): Employer’s death certificate.
(Helper is missing): Missing person police report.
(Helper has been arrested or is helping the authorities in an investigation): Letter from the authorities about your helper’s involvement. If you cannot get a letter, give MOM the investigation officer’s contact details.
(Helper has passed away): Airway bill, burial or cremation certificate, and helper’s death certificate.

It takes 1 week to process the request. MOM will post the outcome letter to the employer’s address.

Due to the high volume of requests received during this period, it may take more than 1 week to process the request.
