Late renewal of Work Permit for Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) / Migrant Domestic Worker (MDW) / Maid / Helper?

If you renew the Work Permit late, you’re still liable for the levy after it expires. Levy penalties or overstaying fine, if applicable, may also be imposed.

Note:

  • You can request for an extension if you’re unable to renew the Work Permit on time.
