Should I pay full rate of CPF for a new Permanent Resident (SPR)?

No, it’s not mandatory or compulsory to pay the full contribution rate for the first and second year of Permanent Resident. However, it’s at the discretion of the Employer to offer in a goodwill relationship with full CPF contribution.
