What is Operational Capital?

When you can set up your company with the Paid-up capital of 1 share with the value of SGD1 it does not mean that you can operate your business with merely $1 as the operational capital is required to set up your logistics for the business which will vary according to your nature of business, etc.

Eg: Fees to register your business, Rental Deposit with rents for Office or Warehouse, Salary to Employees, CPF, Etc.
