Is the auditor to attend AGM for a Private Limited Co?

It’s not required in normal situations for the Auditor to attend the AGM for a Private Limited Company.

However, you are required to refer to your Company’s Constitution (M&AA) whether it’s mandatory for the auditor also to attend the AGM for a Pte Ltd Co.
