Who can be the owner of Sole Proprietorship?

A Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident or EntrePass holder can be the owner of Sole Proprietorship.

If the owner is not an ordinary resident in Singapore, he must appoint an authorized representative who is ordinarily resident in Singapore.
