What are the types of files allowed for uploading with MOM?

1. Documents not in English must be translated by a certified translator. You must upload the original document and its official translation as one file.
2. All scanned text, photos and graphics must be clear.
3. Files submitted must be in PDF, JPG or PNG format and must not exceed 2MB in file size.
4. If your document is made up of multiple files, click on “Upload” to upload the first file, followed by “Add File(s)” to upload the additional files.
5. Make sure all the documents uploaded are correct, clear and complete (e.g. dates filled in, applicable portions deleted/signed accordingly, etc.).
