What is the criteria to be eligible for SME (Small and medium-sized enterprises)?

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are non-subsidiary, independent firms which employ fewer than a given number of employees.

SME refers to company that are:

  1. Registered and operate in Singapore;
  2. Have a minimum of 30 per cent local shareholding; AND
  3. Company’s Group annual sales turnover should be not more than S$100 million, OR Company’s Group employment size should be no more than 200 workers.
