Minimum period of validity of Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass (ONE Pass) to apply for LTVP (Long Term Visit Pass)?

There is no minimum period of validity of Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass (ONE Pass) required in order to apply for LTVP (Long Term Visit Pass). As long as the ONE Pass is having some sufficient time in order to process the application of LTVP is good enough. Then the ONE Pass holder can apply for LTVP with short period of validity of the work pass provided that the main pass holder meets up with the required other criteria.

Eg:

• ONE Pass Expiry: 31-Jul-2023
• Apply for DP on 04-May-2023
• Processing duration for DP application: within 4 weeks
• Outcome of DP (latest by): 04-Jun-2023
• Hence, still the ONE Pass holder can bring the LTVP holder to Singapore
