Minimum salary or wages for Foreign Domestic Worker:  There is no minimum wages set under the Acts for work permit holders in Singapore. Generally, the salary for domestic helpers is set by the employers which is driven by the market force. However, there are guidelines set by some of their source countries.

Eg: With effect from 01-May-2017, the Philippines Embassy’s Overseas Labour Office has set the guidelines with SGD570/- as the minimum month salary for the Filipino domestic helpers to work in Singapore.
