When do I need to replace my work pass card?

a) For foreigner currently holding a work pass or long term pass card

You need to replace the card if the amendment includes any of the following personal particulars:

• Name
• Sex
• Nationality
• Date of birth

Submit a card replacement request immediately using Employment Pass (EP) eService (formerly EPOL).

(Go to Employment Pass (EP) eService (formerly EPOL) > Card Replacement > Request Replacement > Replacement Reason: Update of card particulars)

A SGD60 card replacement fee applies.

b) For foreigner who has completed card registration and/or is scheduled for card collection
