Who can be the Partner of Partnership Firm in Singapore?

A Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident or EntrePass holder can be a Partner of the Partnership

If the Partner is not an ordinary resident in Singapore, he must appoint an authorized representative who is ordinarily resident in Singapore.
