Why is ACRA involved with EntrePass?

The EntrePass is the only gateway pass for any foreigner who intends to set-up company and run the business in Singapore. The Ministry Of Manpower (MOM) is the regulatory authority for all types of work passes including EntrePass where Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) is the regulatory authority for Companies and Businesses in Singapore. Hence, both authorities are involved for EntrePass in Singapore.
