You need to notify MOM within 1 week if you have:

You need to inform mom within 7 days of any change in your local contact person’s details.

As a PEP holder, you need to declare your annual salary to MOM at the end of every calendar year, within 30 days of the year end.
Fixed annual salary = fixed monthly salary x number of months worked in the calendar year.

Example:

You worked with Company A from 1 Jan 2018 to 31 Apr 2018, earning a fixed monthly salary of $15,000.
You were unemployed for 2 months and started employment with Company B from 1 Jul 2018 to 31 Dec 2018, earning a fixed monthly salary of $20,000.

W.e.f. 23-Dec-2020 as a pass holder, you must update MOM within 5 days of changing your home address or Mobile Number otherwise you may be penalised.
Log in to EP Online to update the address. From 14 Sep 2018, your address must meet the housing requirements before you can get it updated.
Print the acknowledgment page and keep it with your pass card.

You need to inform MOM of changes in personal particulars such as passport number, name or marital status.
You can update the passport number and expiry date instantly using EP Online.
To change the following particulars, you will need to submit your Request Form (SingPass is not required) and upload the relevant supporting documents.
Your request will be processed within 7 working days and the outcome will be posted to you.

Note:

MOM will inform ICA about the changes to passport details.
If the pass holder wishes to clear immigration using the automated gates at the checkpoints, they can do so after 4 working days from the update.
