Minimum age to be a Director of the Company in Singapore?

A person aged 18 years or above can be a Director of the Company who can be a Singapore Citizen (SC), Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) or EntrePass holder.

If a foreigner wishes to act as local director of the company then he can apply for EntrePass from the Ministry Of Manpower (MOM).
