Can I appeal against a rejected Employment Pass (EP) application?

Yes. You can submit with a maximum of 2 appeals to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) if your EP application is rejected.

The appeal must usually be filed within 3 months from the date of rejection.

To improve the chances of approval, include new supporting documents or additional information that address the reasons for rejection.

Simply resubmitting the same details without changes is unlikely to succeed.
